Dialog Insight: support widgets and consent
Dialog Insight is a support, chat or customer relationship service. Loading it may establish a connection with a third-party provider and, depending on its configuration, use tracking technologies or process user data.
tarteaucitron can control the activation of Dialog Insight according to the visitor’s choice when its use requires consent.
Managing Dialog Insight with tarteaucitron
When Dialog Insight is integrated through tarteaucitron, its activation is managed according to the visitor's consent choice. The service can therefore be loaded only when the corresponding permission has been granted and the visitor can later change this choice through the consent interface.
Cookies and storage used by Dialog Insight
No cookie name is currently declared in the tarteaucitron integration for Dialog Insight. This does not necessarily mean that the service processes no data or uses no other browser storage mechanism.
